Welcome to Pinbun Pinbun is operated by Pinbun, LLC in Washington State, USA. These terms govern your use of Pinbun’s discovery, bookmarking, and creator tools. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Who can use Pinbun You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use Pinbun with a parent or guardian’s permission. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and do not share or sell accounts. We may ask you to verify your email or reauthenticate before sensitive actions. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Your content and our permission to display it You retain ownership of content you publish. Publish only work you created or are authorized to share, and identify the original creator and source honestly. By publishing a pin, you grant Pinbun a nonexclusive permission to store, process, display, and distribute that pin to operate the service, including displaying the original pin through public saves. This permission does not transfer your copyright to Pinbun or to people who save your work. You must comply with our Community Guidelines and Human-Created Content Policy. Public and private content Guests can browse public pins, profiles, and public bundles. New bundles are private unless you choose public. Private bundles, their memberships, notes, and external bookmarks are available only to their owner. Saving a public pin privately does not make the original pin private. Public bundles contribute to a pin’s public save count; private bundles do not. A removed or unavailable original pin stops displaying through saves. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled. External websites Pins can link to independent websites. The destination domain is shown before you visit. Pinbun does not control those sites, their policies, or their content. Website verification indicates control of an exact hostname; it does not prove ownership of every image or endorse the linked business. Accounts and moderation Standard and Creator accounts are free in this release. Creator status does not grant staff permissions. Pinbun may restrict publishing, quarantine or remove content, suspend accounts, or revoke creator status for violations. Decisions are made by human reviewers using relevant evidence. Notices explain decisions and offer an appeal path. Reports alone are not proof. Repeated confirmed violations may lead to further review and restrictions. We do not automatically punish people merely for saving a pin that is later removed. Ending your account You can request a private data export and account deletion in Settings after reauthentication. Deletion stops public distribution promptly and queues removal of applicable account data and files. Limited moderation and security records can be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact support if you cannot access your account. Changes and legal rights We keep policy versions and may require renewed acceptance for material changes. We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every submitted pin complies with our policies. Washington State law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not remove rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
